Ingredients
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 3 tbs. lemon juice
- 1 tbs. maple syrup
- 1 tbs. low sodium soy sauce
- dash sesame oil
- 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
- 2 garlic cloves
- pinch turmeric
- tbs. hot water to thin out
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients together in a blender or food processor until smooth.
- Add hot water as needed to thin.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
- Pairs well with vegetables, brown rice, and tempeh or tofu.
